This covers every detail, from conceptualization to final execution including space planning, 2D and 3D designs, selection of fixtures, finishes, furniture, art, accessories, lighting, and decor, purchase of selections, and working with various trades to complete the project.
Spatial Planning
This involves creating a ‘detailed layout or space plan’, which is a drawing that shows the arrangement of functional elements within a space.
Concepts & Mood board Design
A creative visual presentation of images and objects based on the clients brief will be provided. This will convey the overall feel of a project.
Furniture & Fixture Selections/ Sample Board
Sample Board is a final presentation for our client’s project to represent the finished scheme and selections to be used in the final design. It will show the actual colours, materials, finishes and furniture that will be used and, by presenting them all on one board, enables the client to have a true indication of how the finished space will look.
Project Management
This entails completing the project from scratch and delivering it fully completed. Clarity of each stage from the very beginning is crucial. An estimation of the project costs, a schedule outlining the phases of the project and deadlines for completion will be communicated.
